My lineup consists of a stack of CDs I've been meaning to review. Honest, friends, I'll get to them as soon as this crunch-time at the office is over and done with!

Most of my stack is review assignments as well. I don't have much time to do that at work, but at least I can listen and let them marinate in my brain juice.

The biggest perk of being a software programmer who works mostly in isolation: I can listen to music through headphones ALL day every day. I get at least 8 hours of listening in per day. Unfortunately, I mostly listen to the same stuff I love over and over and over again.

With me at my desk :

EC & The Attractions - Trust
Steve Wynn - Northern Aggression
Beirut - Gulag Orkestar (lent to me by a friend - I keep putting it off, I've heard this before and "think" I thought it was alright (?))
The Futureheads - S/T

Cheap Trick -- Standing on the Edge. Finally found it domestically on CD. Great hooks, singing and playing, but some clunkers in the lyric department. Still damned enjoyable. "How About You" has a hook to die for.
