Commercial modern rock from Belgium: Luna Twist is essentially interchangeable with Wang Chung, the Fixx and a hundred others. The only notable break in the routine here comes from extraneous sounds, including free-form sax riffs, sequencer bursts, jet noises and vocal shrieks, which merely serve as distractions. Like their equally indistinguishable competition, Luna Twist’s songs are fine, their musicianship faultless and the whole exercise thoroughly redundant.
