I've heard that Wounded Bird is a front company for Warners and/or Sony to cheaply reissue product. The packages may be bare-bones, but the music comes straight from the master tapes, with no "remastering" or whatnot (and thus none of the "loudness" issues that plague so many recent remasters). I'm happy with the reissues I've heard from them. Beware, though,by myspinebassline
