After the radio silence of the last decade, this was a surprise. If only to keep money out of bootleggers' pockets and direct it to Ivy's, this is a good thing. And having a corporation to maintain the band's legacy makes sense since she can't live forever. The thirst for Cramps stuff has always been larger than the available pool to their [cult] audience. Of which I am a proud member. They were trending in this direction with "How To Make A Monster" even before Lux died.
