Guitarist & keyboardist for the Cure from Wish through the self-titled album, then had rejoined for the recent incarnation, though he wasn't on Songs of a Lost World.

Bummer. Add another to the list of musicians I have seen live that have now passed. Undisclosed illness apparently. RIP
