I'm always intrigued by albums that get rejected by the record company and are never officially released. I learned yesterday that BAD recorded an album in 1999 called
Entering a New Ride with Ranking Roger as a member. (The BAD entry on TP doesn't mention this--I read it on Wikipedia while looking up info about Roger.) If you want to listen, it's on YouTube. Let me know if you can pick out Roger's voice cuz I can't.

My take? The first couple of songs are pretty good. But then it starts to get long and tiring, if not irritating. There's some interesting stuff throughout but overall VERY repetitive. I quit BAD after
The Globe and never listened to the two albums that followed, so this might be par for the course. I'm interested in listening to those to see if
Entering a New Ride is much different.
