UK Subs: Thrown Out of America

In the words of the great Don DeLillo, "The American mystery deepens."

I know how this is being portrayed, and no doubt Trump policies are vile, but the musician's description of why they were turned away at the border is not nearly that certain it was pure politics.

Maybe he should openly criticize the current UK government and see how well that goes.

As of Jan 8, US citizens need a visa to enter the UK as well. And I know more than one person turned away at the Canadian border. So this smells more like a convenient way to advance an agenda and get free publicity … when the more likely answer is just incompetence. I can envision them saying to the border guard “Oy! Whuddya mean you’re enforcing your border now!? Bollocks!”
