TROUSER PRESS is...

The irony, with all the "R.I.P." postings around here, and showing not the slightest bit of slowing down, it occurs to me that ultimately; the TROUSER PRESS is music to spend the rest of your life with.

Now playing, The Blue Orchids
Our beloved fan club president is currently taking a nap. Hmm...
Legendary Pink Dots "The Best Ballads Vol 1" CD, here's one to facilitate dreams.

Kathleen is still sleeping. Truth be told, I pray this is how she departs.
A lay down and eternal sleep.
Now playing, Jeremy Enigk - Return of the Frog Prince.

Alas, she wakes! Grabs an old Sandy Miller puzzle titled "The Musical Merman" and endeavors to put the pieces together.
Background music? The Mermen.

Wide awake now. Next up is Adrenaline O.D. "Cruising with Elvis in Bigfoots UFO"

"This is Ska" - Piranhas self titled 1980 UK cassette.

If only I had a something from the old NYC band The Planets to listen to, while the solar system aligns.

I'm not so sure about the ultra-hip part, Kay, but I do want to extend an enthusiastic "welcome back" to you! I feel like it's been a long damn time since you were in these parts and I'm glad to see you back.

Now if someone could just track dowm Michael Baker and Floyd Eberhard and hoip chiggs, it'd feel like a friggin' reunion up in here!

Given how old so many of these people are, in a way it was inevitable. The avalanche that started in 2016 has never really abated.
