The the singer for Fates Warning? Or is there another Ray Alder out there making music? I kinda like Alder-era FW, so not criticizing by any means.

Yep, that's the guy. (Joe acknowledged that he took a harder approach with 20FR than I usually do ... having been inspired by the Metallica shows over the weekend.)
