The albums that followed aren’t without their merits, but there’s no doubt that the first one secured them a place in the history books, all the more impressive considering it’s remained out-of-print for most of it’s existence. Vintage: The Very Best of Moby Grape remains a godsend for making all of the debut and much of their music available in some form. Excellent sound, I only wish the mono mix had been made readily available too, but it’s been bootlegged from clean original pressings.)
