AARP Commercial

Just saw a commercial for the AARP, the soundtrack of which is the Buzzcocks' "Everybody's Happy Nowadays."

Very odd to see the Buzzcocks used in a commercial meant to appeal to senior citizens. Odder to realize that I'm only ten years or so away from AARP membership myself.

last time i saw the buzzcocks, they looked like senior citizens...

which is part of the reason i will never see them again. i can feel older than dirt without their help.

Damn. What a slap in the face.
