Everyone knows, even Aitch... that Mick Ralphs has it over Ronson.
What say you?

Define "it."

Because my initial response is, no way.

I prefer Ronsons both Mick and Mark!

Marc Riley and Marc Ribot are good, too.

Define "it", i like both?
I feel like I'm talking to a couple of Canadians.

Mick Ralphs gave ziggy lessons.

Lads,
Please excuse me elbowing my way back up to the front row on this one, but I think I have it sorted.
I reckon I am partial to Mick Ralphs because Kathleen was backstage with him @ Charlie Pickett's old digs, the Button, Dania Beach cir.'87.
He lamented the fact that the two of them were drinking water and how he wished he could turn back the clock twenty years and turn the water into wine.
He is a perfect gentleman.

Nice! I read this post earlier today, trying to remember which band I saw at the Button South in '91 or so. Just remembered--Toad the Wet Sprocket. Pretty sure that was the only time I visited the Button South. It was a cool venue, if I am remembering correctly.

Charlie Pickett was a South Florida legend. Never saw him perform when I lived in Miami, but I remember hearing his name a bunch.

Let's see, Ronson was a key part of Bowie's first stretch of greatness -- Hunky Dory, Ziggy Stardust and Aladdin Sane. He also co-produced Lou Reed's Transformer with Bowie, and provided the arrangements for Mott's version of "All the Young Dudes." He was a member of Mott briefly, and after the band's split, he worked extensively with Ian Hunter, as well as helming a solo career. On the downside, he worked with David Cassidy on one single, and provided the arrangement for John Mellencamp's "Jack and Diane."

Ralphs was a founding member of Mott the Hoople, but left the band just as "All the Young Dudes" became a hit. From there, he co-founded Bad Company.

I'm giving it to Ronson on this one. Being a key member of Bad Company speaks for itself.
