Weird, huh? He also put out one by UCLA basketball coach John Wooden. Walton played ball for UCLA under Coach Wooden. (And the albums were produced by Harvey Kubernik, who put together spoken word collections of ‘80s LA underground figures, everyone from Bukowski to the Bangles). I assume these were released maybe because Greg Ginn was a UCLA graduate?
Needless to say, I do not remember these albums blowing up the college radio charts.
