Re: Madness US tour

After cancelling their US tour a few years back, Madness is coming back. Back then it was only a few cities so I had hoped that when they brought it back, more cities would be included. No such luck. Looks like the wife and I are off to NYC.

Oh wow. I've never seen them before - is it still more or less the same original/classic group (minus Chas)?

I'm not a complete convert yet, but I love their debut One Step Beyond... and those first two compilations (Complete and Utter Madness).

And yes, the current lineup of Madness includes six of the seven original members -- all except Chas Smash.

Hmmm....$51 a pop (before fees) and in the middle of the workweek. Gonna have to ponder that one and hope the tix don't sell out in the presale.
