Nice. I haven't heard many of these! One interesting Bowie cover, which you probably have already played, is Magnetic Fields "Heroes." Ever done Happy Rhodes' "Ashes to Ashes"?

I haven't yet included either of those. Thanks, Zwirn!

Clan Of Xymox did a wonderful, almost operatic cover of "Heroes" some years back. worth checking out.

You could do a full show just with covers of "Heroes".

Indeed, I just perused the list and quite a few surprises on the list, including Tangerine Dream, Vera Blue and Nena.

I 've noticed that there is a large appetite for innumerable genres on these forums (which is terrific)... there is a Gregorian cover of the song
on Youtube

Oh yeah. I've included Bowie covers in radio shows that centered around jazz, soul/R&B, reggae, Celtic, world music ... I always manage to find the Bowie that I need.
