my new album PROOF OF CONCEPT

I've released my new album PROOF OF CONCEPT today. I was in a happier state of mind when I wrote it than most of last year, which is reflected on songs like "Driftwood at Dawn" and the Jean-Michel Jarre-influenced "Helium." "Delay Music" was inspired by Michael Nyman's composition "Bell Set No. 1" and Laraaji's music for kalimba. On the other hand, "Ron De Santis, J. K. Rowling and Marjorie Taylor Greene Stranded on a Desert Island, After the Food Runs Out" is a collage of loops and samples of broken instruments. Another good listen steevee, i discover additional sounds with repeated listens. Mrs Bip is Palestinian and the title track could be an otherworldly dabke.

And the ‘desert island’ title? Inspired!!

Thanks, Bip! I've never listened to dabke apart from Omar Souleyman, but producing an otherworldly version is a great compliment.
