Coming in October. This may be the closest most of us in the States will get to a The The show, at least for a while.

That looks like a great setlist. And the video for "Sweet Bird of Truth" sounds great.

I saw The The open for Depeche Mode in the early 90s. Didn't feel right seeing them in an arena. Would have loved it in a smaller setting.

The The feels like a theater band to me.

Music I like never seems right in an arena. That's why seeing Depeche Mode on the "Violator" tour after a decade of buying their music was so boring for me. And the opening act I got was Nitzer Ebb who had way more impact in a club on the previous tour. I once bought a Japanese The The live laserdisc in the early 90s of "The The…Versus the World" which I've never watched! But that's nothing new. I could watch music video ALL DAY LONG but I'd have to do it alone.
