Delvin,

Great set! I noticed that a number of the tracks came off the "Skarmageddon" and "Spawn of Skarmageddon" comps I put together for Moon in 1994 and 1995! And there are a number of other Moon acts featured here, too--The Toasters, LGB, Arsenals (a tremendous band, but the singer tragically died soon after that album's release), and SHJ; and the No Doubt track is from the great, if not well-known "California Skaquake" Moon comp from '92!

Best,

Steve

Thanks, Fam! Yes, I did turn to the Moon catalog quite a bit. And why not!

I don't know what happened to my copy of Skarmageddon 3. If you have any extras from the Moon catalog that you'd be willing to sell or trade, kindly drop me an email at delvin@kser.org

Delvin,

I just looked and do have an extra copy that I'll send y0u (think of it as a promo copy from the Moon promotions department!). I'll email you for your postal address.

Best,

Steve

Great set and always happy to see Let's Go Bowling get some recognition. They were from my neck of the woods and I skanked to them live many a time in the late 80s.

I got to see Let's Go Bowling quite a few times too, much to my surprise. It turned out that one of the band members was a Colorado Springs native, so the band would book a stop there whenever they toured.

Fam. My kid's school has a monthly market which had an East Timor charity jumble sale run by a bunch of nice older ladies which is where I picked up the Moon Ska New York compilation. I like the Skinnerbox tune.
