...or anyone, really, who has to record cell phone calls.

I need to record an interview tomorrow morning to the U.K. and can't do it from a land line. What is your favorite app or method for recording cell phone calls? A couple of folks have recommended TapeACall.

This isn't a direct method, but I always put my cell phone on speaker mode and then hit record on my digital recorder once the interview starts.

There are a handful of apps - however (and this is key), be sure that it's an app that records BOTH SIDES of the call because not all of them do.

Yeah, I've made that mistake in the past.

I went with TakeACall Pro - it's not a freebie, and it has an extra step beyond just hitting "record," but it recorded my U.K. call as well as my digital recorder would've on a land line. I've never had a cell phone recorder with this much clarity. I wish I'd had this when I was on the phone with Kim Salmon for an hour and a half last year.
