Nope, it's an original. The studio version was the B-side of the "Celebration" single in 1982; it was known by the unwieldy title, "Trash, Trampoline and the Party Girl." The live version that Bill played was recorded at Red Rocks in 1983. It appears on Under a Blood Red Sky.
