Sun Records artist Jumpin' Gene Simmons (no relation to Pukin' Gene Simmons of Kiss, OR Smokin' Jean Simmons, curvy brunette enchantress of the 1950's silver screen). Had a number 11 hit in 1964 with "Haunted House."
Perhaps best known in later years for co-authoring Tim McGraw's "indian Outlaw," a song so bad it took FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS and finding out McGraw is a Democrat before I finally forgave him for it.
