To make it TP relevant, he played Hilly Kristal in the cruddy
CBGB movie.
Rickman was always good in anything he was in, and was passable as Kristal. Not that I really have much clue how the actual Kristal behaved, but whatever. Rickman was at least watchable, as opposed most of the actors lip synching to the official recorded versions of their famous songs like CBGB was
American Bandstand.
I think that movie is on Netflix now.
