I love Russell's stuff. Altered States is one of my favorite films, and there's one he made for the BBC called Song of Summer that is brilliant. A lot of the stuff he did for Omnibus is better than his films. I think Tommy's hilarious.

I think Worm is both hilarious and hilariously bad, which I think was what was intended. Amanda Donahoe was amazing back then. (and isn't bad now)

I saw The Music Lovers just a few weeks ago. Great flick. And I know it's ridiculous I've always loved Lisztomania. His taste may have been questionable, but he was fearless, and I appreciate that more in a filmmaker than perfect craftsmanship.

Maybe now The Devils will finally get a U.S. release on DVD.

I liked Lair of the White Worm too. My wife & I laughed so hard during that movie. A classic badfilm.
