Weird coincidence: yesterday I picked up their 2009 Glastonbury BBC4 live recording on CD at a Vermont used record store. I listened to it on the way home. . . great sound and some great performances (including Ghost Town). It really reenergized my appreciation for the Specials.

Erik, you are spending the Summer wisely! You sneak into Boston for the Red Sox and Bruins, you hit the Vermont used record stores on the way back. Good for you, man!

I wish I could say it was on the way home, Nosepail! We actually came home Sunday night from Boston on the Pike, and then the next day I headed out to Brattleboro, VT. It's a relatively close getaway for me (90 minutes up and over the mountain). . . I live near the Mass. and VT borders, and while in Brat I scored some used books that I need for research (and some music that I will need to explain to my wife). I'm fortunate to have a flexible work schedule during the summer and am fortunate to be at the convergence of a few states. . .and am fortunate to have a very understanding wife who appreciates my periodic spontaneity.
