help figuring out a BAND

Clues:
- They are/were from Nova Scotia (no, not Sloan, no, not April Wine)
- Was reviewed in the now-defunct "Only Music" magazine ('87-'88 era). I
think that was the name of it.
- That same magazine issue had reviews of the then-new albums by The The and Prince, etc.
- Possibly a one-hit wonder: unknown if they had any other albums.

I tried Googling for alternative/indie bands from Nova Scotia. Nothing.

Anyone?

They were not from Halifax but from Newmarket, Ontario, but Chalk Circle was a contemporary of The The and Prince and one of the few alternative Canadian bands with commercial traction in the late 1980's. Could it be them ?

Is this the TP Ira? Cool.

Well, I think I found the issue of "Only Music" on ebay:
[shop.ebay.com]

I could ask the seller to look it up before I buy it. That's a fair question to ask an ebuy seller, isn't it? "Hey, what's the band from Nova Scotia that's featured in that issue"?
