Speaking of U2 topping something ...
I saw Muse the weekend before, and
sacre macquerelle, what a show that band puts on. Easily one of the best arena-scale shows I've ever seen. Right up there with U2, Pink Floyd and even Prince.
And I wasn't alone in that assessment: as we made our way to the exit after the last encore, we saw literally hundreds of people with dazed, awe-struck looks on their faces.
Even with the fees and crap, the tickets for Muse were $60 each. We got well more than our money's worth, I assure you.
