Should This Stuff Be Listed In TP?

Early electro, probably part of the alterna-hippie stuff I wrote about here recently: Kraftwerk, and even Philip Glass are already in the pages of TP, but what about:

- Tangerine Dream
- Jean-Michel Jarre
- Klaus Schulze
- Vangelis (pre-"Chariots of Fire")
- Synergy
- Giorgio Moroder

etc.

I used to like some of this stuff back in the New Wave days. i still have a fair amount of records by the above. Didn't seem to far off from what, say, OMD, Robert Frippertronics, or Wire solo records were doing. There were cassette underground artists and indie label things that I liked as well by more unknown artists.

Am I in the minority here? This stuff was probably considered too prog or spacey/hippie by the punk crowd. More recent artists like The Orb recall this style, and they are in TP.

I, for one, could sleep easily at night without the aforementioned artists being included in my favorite record-review site!

I was also a fan of this stuff back in the day, and coverage of stuff somewhat like it (Peter Hammill, Kevin Ayers, Fripp, etc.) at the time is part of why I subscribed to the magazine, especially after it told ne in 1977 that the New Wave was dead. The only problem I see with including that stuff on the site now is finding someone knowledgeable enough to review it. I mean, I don't listen to it any more.
