Yeah, but the announcement of the death of the Band's Rick Danko right above one of the de-pantsed BSB's heads creates some really unpleasant oppositional tension.

I bet you can, with a little digging ... at least for a couple of them. I'd bet money that the Devo + Burroughs article is the same one that appeared in TP in February 1982. And the Kraftwerk + Lester Bangs piece is the one from the September '75 issue of Creem.

Odd that RS Italia would revisit those old articles, in an issue with the current line-up of Kiss on the cover.

Copyright laws vary from country to country, so it's possible. In the 1800s, American novelists had a hard time getting a leg up because of all of the bootlegged versions of Dickens and the like.

I inquired about this--seems Italy has similar copyright laws (so it would be illegal) but it was also pointed out that in these country-to-country situations getting them to stop might not be worth it.
