Lou's level of Advancement knows no bounds.

It's no surprise that he's at the forefront of another movement: Dog Rock. I wouldn't expect anything less from a visionary. Congratulations, Lou, it's another fucking feather in your cap.

I hear that that song about the egg-creams charted well with Beagles.

Yeah Lester Barks gave it a good review.

90% of the dogs that heard him formed bands

And the other 10% formed packs. So it's another artistic triumph by any standard.

There is a whole HUGE (and previously neglected) artistic arena opened with this. I'm going to spend the next several days thinking about various artists and which animals their work would be ideally adapt for.

I heard he demands loyalty from his fans.

90% of the dogs that heard him formed bands. The other 10% have a new leash on life.

Lou Reed has supposedly been sober for years, but I guess the damage is permanent if he's coming up with nonsense like this stuff.

I pray that every dog in the place empties its bowels and bladder upon hearing the first note.

EDIT: I take back the last sentence, I hope every dog in earshot of Lou's "music" immediately starts humping the closest human leg.

Apparently it was a success:

What'd they play? "Take a Walk on The Weimaraner?" "O SaintBernard?" I got a million of 'em, folks!

I was at a work function in the city last night and met one of the Vivid Festival honchos and he said it was all Laurie's idea. He also said there was a heap of international media there just for that.

HBK-I'm going to spend the next several days thinking about various artists and which animals their work would be ideally adapt for.

I'm still waiting for that!

Aitch - he said it was all Laurie's idea.

Yeah, but I'd like to think Lou came up with it in their bedroom.
