other: The Recession, 'Some are Frustrated, Some are Angry'

title for the next james blount (or 'guy with a guitar') album: 'we are struggling, but our union is strong'

name for the next spin doctors album: 'extended or increased unemployment benefits'

The Stimulus Package. (I'm not sure of the album title, but the band name offers a lot of weird cover-art possibilities.)

I have heard one too many jokes about Scott Brown's nude photos and his "stimulus package". Let's not encourage bands to continue this trope.
