The funny thing is that she used to get fan mail for Gene Simmons. She would get letters that said something to effect "I really love your stuff. Especially when you spit up blood."
Ms. Simmons was indeed a looker, and damned talented, too, but since she wouldn't sleep with Howard Hughes, she never got the roles she deserved once her contract was sold to him.
And Mr. Simmons is in on his own joke. His kids seem cool enough.
