Sometimes you just give a shout out 'cause a couple of their songs just blow you away. Personally, I love the lyric from Birth School Work Death "Boys and girls don't understand / The Devil makes work for idle hands"

Yeaaaahh, The Godfathers!! They rock! So I give a shout out. That's all.

Hit By Hit is a great record as well and "Walking Talking Johnny Cash Blues" was another killer tune they had.

They were also dynamite live.

A great band. I hope the reunion tour gets somewhere close to the Midwest. Their live album is one of the best.

yeah the oriignal band members are re-uniting and touring this year.

and it's a pity "war machine" by the germans never got a proper release! appears the mp3 link is dead, but it's so rare i get any positive internet feedback, here tis anyway, haha:

... a later band, featuring Rat Scabies on drums, Godfathers' guitarist Kris Dollimore and vocalist Peter Coyne. Apparently this one track is all they ever squeezed out.
