weird stuff in there.
for instance;
an empty box of straws.
some pot (has a strange green pepper taste to it...).
a broken barometer
satefy pins
kebob skewers
etc

just wondering, what's in yours?

We've always referred to that drawer as the "junk drawer" as all the miscellaneous and/or hard to classify items ended up in it. It was typically the drawer at the very end of the counter.

You know...I don't honestly know. Kitchen towels, maybe? I'll have to look when I get home from work. We have two drawers with silverware that we get into fairly frequently, but that third drawer...there could be a severed forearm in there, for all I know.

I hate it when one of my guests leaves something like that in my kitchen drawer.

I found a baby picture of my niece in the kitchen drawer a few weeks ago, which made me feel guilty since my sister-in-law must have given it to me 18 years ago or so and apparently I couldn't be bothered to stick it in an album or at the very least magnet it up on the fridge.

My niece is a good kid, too. Her picture deserved a better fate than to be stuck in a drawer with unused Arby's coupons from 1992, which were also in there.

The worst part is, I didn't move into my house until 1994, which meant I lugged Arby's coupons which had been expired for 2 years at that point from my previous apartment and stuck them in the kitchen drawer.

Mine contains the second most important device in my apartment beside the CD player: the can opener!

Oh yeah, and a pizza cutter lackadasically thrown in on top for the purposes of slicing my finger catastrophically every 6-12 months.
