Not sure what you're looking for on #6, but what's the connection between Herzog's Stroszek and Iggy's The Idiot?

breno's connection is Ian Curtis' suicide - last album played (or on the turntable ?) and the film in the VCR.

Stroszek is a great film - one of my all time faves.

10 classic movies stripped down to their barest plotlines. What are they?

1. A girl leaves home for the first time, kills two sisters and claims their prized possessions as her own.

6. Is the best synposis of "Deliverance" that's possible. That film really shows the consequences of entering into a purely sexual relationship with hillbillies.

Hoip's guesses may or may not be technically correct...I'd have to watch some of those. And of course, any description could probably match any number of movies, since the whole point of the original exercise was a discussion with a friend on whether it was the broad plot of a movie or the details which surrounded it that were most important.

It's deffo the superior film.

all the voices in Mad Max are dubbed by American actors and all the australian slang was removed, sorry Aitch.

The one with the Toe Cutter superior to Lord Humungous and Wez? I think not!

But it is now available with original accents intact! The dubbing was pretty bad.
