LeRoi Moore, saxophonist of the Dave Matthews Band.
The DMB aren't favorites on this board - I don't especially like them myself - but Matthews seems to have his heart in the right place and I think his music is interesting even if I don't particularly enjoy most of it.
Seems to have been the result of an ATV accident back in June.
