Truly entertaining song/album titles

Taking a spin off Jermoe's recent thread ...

How about We're Not Happy Till You're Not Happy.

Sahara Hotnights had two of my favorite song titles in recent years: "Here's My Fist, Where's the Fight?" and "The Difference Between Love and Hell."

Any other nominees?

Could you imagine a gimmick scratch n sniff Lp?

The feel, texture and odor ala dead foreskin.

What's for tea darling?

Thanks to everyone here tonight (today) for sharing my birthday. I got drunk with family and friends, stayed up all night and although I feel a bit older and currently exhibit a morbid streak, feel right at home. good night.

And of course, no thread on this topic would be complete without a nod to these lads.

"It's All About the Benjamins" - Puff Daddy, Tommy Stinson & Friends

The aforementioned song represents all I detest about pretty much everything in our culture, but the title is phe-nom-e-nal. Needless to say, the title caught on.

"Standing Outside a Broken Phone Booth with Money in My Hand" ("I've been down-hearted, I've been down-hearted, baby, ever since the day we met...")- that's a good title.

"Alex Chilton" - The Replacements

Clever titles by artists I can't stand:

Antichrist Superstar, by Marilyn Manson
Blues for Ceaucescu, by Fatima Mansions

a favorite c&w song title:

"I Can't Get Over You (so you'll have to roll over and turn out the light yourself)"

Well now, if we're talking c&w, it would have to be Homer and Jethro's "I Got Tears in My Ears (From Laying on my Back, Crying My Eyes Out Over You")

Baby, You're Bummin' My Life out in a Supreme Fashion - Thelonious Monster

Talking c&w you gotta go back to Lonzo & Oscar's "I'm My Own Grandpa."

Lonzo rhymes with Bonzo which means, some props are due the authors of titles like "My Pink Half of the Drainpipe," "You Done My Brain In" and many others.

Likewise Beefheart - the Trout Mask Replica album alone has classics like "Hair Pie," "She's Too Much for My Mirror" and "Old Fart at Play".

Speaking of US Maple, I always loved the album title SANG PHAT EDITOR. Had no idea what the heck it meant, but I thought it was great.
