obscure ep

in the mid-80's i remember john peel playing tracks from an ep called 'the friendly enemy' and if memory serves, its by a liverpool band called the room who later turned into benny profane. however when i look both bands up on wikipedia, i can't seem to find any reference to this ep. can anyone help me sort this out?

i've never had good luck ordering from artist direct. last order i placed was for a mike rep album that i knew was out of print but that they were listing as in stock. sent me a fcc'ing moviola album instead and wouldn't respond to any emails when i wanted to return the danged thing. there are used copies of that room cd on amazon, though. that's how i got mine...
