I'm glad the Angels decided to reward Pujols for the nice work he did for the Cardinals. Beats the hell out of the Cards paying him themselves now that he's crested the hill and heading down the slope.

The Mets are doing surprisingly well, despite a dismal pitching staff.

I think Pujols is being paid about 100 million per home run (considering he's hit 2 of them all season). He should have stayed with the smaller market club; he had a great comfort zone in St. Louis. . . and performed exquisitely.
