Folks: Maybe someone can help me here.
I'm trying to confirm a couple of facts about The Last's first single, "She Don't Know Why I'm Here" b/w "Bombing Of London" - Backlash 001 - 1977.
1) There are two Picture Sleeves/label versions of this. The first was xeroxed with hand-stamped/stickered label. The second was a formally printed picture sleeve and label. Correct?
2) There are actually two different recordings at least of the A-side between the two versions above. When Bomp reissued the single, they used the second recording. Is this true?
Thanks for the illumination!
Stephen

According to Bomp, the reissue of L.A. Explosion includes the original recordings of "She Don't Know Why I'm Here" and "Bombing of London," from The Last's 1977 debut 45.
Apparently, Bomp still has original copies of its single of those two songs, from the 1978 release (BOMP 119). These come with the "formally printed sleeve." (And they're surprisingly affordable!)
The Last's own website shows pictures of both the Backlash and Bomp singles. The picture of the Backlash single is black & white; it looks as if it could've been a simple xerox print, though it doesn't actually state anything of the sort. The picture of the later single corresponds to the one on Bomp's site.
Judges, how did I do?
