ONE THE JUGGLER (Buy CDs by this artist)
Django's Coming EP (UK Regard) 1983
Nearly a Sin (Regard/RCA) 1984
Some Strange Fashion (UK RCA) 1985

Mixing Bowie's Ziggy Stardust era with doses of T. Rex and Mott the Hoople, One the Juggler updated acoustic-based glam-rock into the '80s on Nearly a Sin with occasional success. "Passion Killer" is a tune Adam Ant should have written, as acoustic guitars collide with poseur vocals and throaty sax in a cool and catchy explosion. "Damage Is Done" really sounds like old Bowie/Mott the Hoople. The rest of the record is mixed, with some of the derivation more ludicrous and pointless than clever and agreeable. Nearly a Sin is nearly good.
