INSIDERS (Buy CDs by this artist)
Ghost on the Beach (Epic) 1987

Chicago's Insiders try to sound a bit like the Everly Brothers replacing Tom Petty as frontman for the Heartbreakers. They do a pretty fair job of it, too, and even throw in a cover of Don and Phil's "The Price of Love" to make sure you get the idea. Their own songs are also reasonably serviceable — just don't expect anything really new or innovative.
