Sample: "Ghost of a Small Tour Boat Captain" is the story, theatrically declaimed (complete with rolling r's) of an adulterous chap who, after being murdered for his sins, comes back to haunt tourists on his dinghy. Lots of funny noises (including chalk-squeak violin) eventually take over from the narrative. These guys aren't art-school dropouts — Oceans sounds like a term project on new wave art-rock.
